AMOR Receives $50K Grant from Kaiser Permanente Northern California Community Benefit Grants Program for Medi-Cal Support at AMOR Wellness Center

AMOR (Alliance for Medical Outreach and Relief) is thrilled to announce that we have received a generous $50,000 grant from the Kaiser Permanente Northern California Community Benefit Grants Program. This funding will significantly enhance our efforts at the AMOR Wellness Center in Mendota, CA, focusing on assisting community members with Medi-Cal applications and renewals.

At the AMOR Wellness Center, we are dedicated to improving access to healthcare for underserved populations such as farm working families. With this grant, we can expand our health-related services by providing crucial support to individuals and families navigating the Medi-Cal application process. As a result, more community members will obtain the healthcare coverage they need, promoting overall community health and well-being.

AMOR remains committed to addressing fundamental human needs and fostering thriving communities. This grant from Kaiser Permanente is a vital step in continuing our mission to provide easy access to Medi-Cal services to those in need.
